The Studio is situated on the ground floor at 14 The High Street, Yarm. It is behind the Police Station and accessed via a walk-way just to the right of the Police Station. The popular High Street, recently voted the best High Street in the UK by BBC Breakfast viewers, has extensive disc parking as well as street parking nearby.
Yarm is a popular shopping area with many excellent coffee houses, wine bars and restaurants.

Yarm is a short driving distance from the A19 and A66 and the area is well served by public transport. It is easily accessible from Middlesbrough, Darlington, Stockton and surrounding areas.
