High Intensity Power Pilates

This class has been formulated to provide a cardiovascular workout using the principles of Pilates.  Each class consists of a warm-up, cardio section involving squat, lunge and plank moves (weights can be used to add an extra challenge), a short mat-based section and stretching.

The class should be used as an ‘add-on’ to your usual Pilates class.  This is high-energy, challenging and fun!
