These classes were designed with Osteoporosis sufferers in mind. However, they have proved popular with neck and back pain sufferers, slightly older participants who want to keep active, and those with hip-replacements. The aim of the class is to increase bone density, flexibility, mobility and strength in a safe and enjoyable class.
