starting Tuesday 14th April 8.30pm (also Tuesdays 10.45am) and new Hatha Yoga classes with Cosmo starting 7pm Wednesday 15th April – suitable for beginners and intermediate practitioners.

Our Spring and Summer timetables are out and we are taking enrolments!   Also, Cosmo is back from Thailand and taking Yoga classes, Wednesday evenings at 7.30pm!
