Beginners Pilates

These classes are suitable for those new to Pilates or the Body Control method of teaching. They are also suitable if you have had a break from Pilates or wish to refine your basic technique. Once you feel you have learnt the basics, you can move to one of our more advanced classes.

Our evening beginners classes are separated into – ‘Moving on….’ suitable for those who have attended an initial beginners course and are extending their repetoire of exercises and ‘New starters’ – complete beginners or not quite ready to move on.
