Relaxation classes starting at the pilates studio!

Taster sessions are running on Monday 13th June at 7pm and Tuesday 14th June at 2pm for £5 per session. Relaxation techniques, supported by current research, will help you to  reduce stress and enjoy ‘time out’. Classes are taken by Christine Newton, a registered Occupational Therapist, and will continue on a weekly basis. Relax in the tranquil environment of the studio! Contact Christine on 07935155221.
