New Pilates classes for February 2016!

By  popular demand – a new Mature Pilates class starts Wednesdays 1.30pm: focusing on maintaining flexibility, mobility, strength & balance.  A variety of equipment is used to challenge.  A fun & sociable class!    Also, new beginners pilates – Mondays 12.15pm.  Enrolments are now being taken – call us or e-mail!
