A full timetable of classes is available from January 2011 – book now to ensure a place! If you have not tried Pilates before, why not start 2011 with something new? We have daytime and evening Beginners Pilates classes. For those with Pilates experience, we have a variety of mixed ability and intemediate classes.
For the slightly more mature or Osteporosis sufferer, our Wednesday ‘Use it or lose it!’ classes are perfect and producing great results! Low-back pain sufferers or those wishing to maintain back fitness will love our Healthy Back Class (Thursday 2pm). Small groups of friends or colleagues are able to arrange their own group teaching or why not try 1:1 sessions to obtain an individual programme, perfect technique or maximise progress?
All Pilates is taught by Helen Smith who has 8 years of Pilates teaching experience and is a specialist teacher in low-back pain and Osteoporosis.
